A Prayer of Hope

Dear God ~ give me hope ~

set all your hope on the grace that Jesus Christ

will bring you when He is revealed.

Dear God, Lord - thank You that the hope You've filled my heart with

makes me able to enjoy this moment.

Dear God ~ keep me aiming high, Father,

at all the things for which You have called me.

Dear God ~ May Your unfailing love rest upon us.

O Lord, even as we put hope in You.

Dear God ~ the hope of heaven ~

enjoying Your presence forever 

is a wellspring of inspiration in my life.

Dear God ~ there is one Spirit

just as You were called in one hope of your calling.

Dear God ~ may the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace

as you trust in Him so that you may overflow

with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
